What do you want in your Easter basket?
Okay, so it’s been a few years since the Big Bunny left you a basket of candied treats, but let’s face it, that’s not what you want now anyway.
If your significant bunny is looking for ideas to fill a basket of surprises for Easter, steer him over to Bath & Body Works for a gift bag of products that are deliciously full of spring scents and exuberance.
Bath & Body Works has a selection of spring gift sets that start as low as $10. At that price you can afford to delight a few special people with a little spring indulgence.
The bags are bright and cheerfully colored and the sets come in multiple fragrances. If you’re a traditionalist, there are even sets in baskets. My advice: Go for the bags, they will make great spring totes that you can use as a purse, a beach tote or even a cheerful lunch tote.

Maybelline’s new Shine Seduction Glossy Lipcolor is a gloss with a unique delivery system.
A twist of the wand produces just the right amount of gloss and the shaped tip ensures perfect application. It seems a lot easier and less messy than the traditional sponge-tipped wands that you dip into the tube of gloss. They increase the risk of bacteria being introduced into the product as well as sometimes leaving you with a huge glop of gloss to try to spread evenly.
Shine Seduction is enriched with vitamin E, aqua-botanical extracts, algae and lotus flower extract so that it is truly good for your lips and you get a fresh and healthy dose of gloss with each application.
It comes in both cream and shimmer shades, 20 different shades in all. From Nude Glow to Cherry Drizzle, all are rich in color and shine.

Pop singer Joss Stone has revamped her look for her new album and in addition to going brunette is displaying the latest makeup trends on her ever-so-lovely face. We discussed the Spring makeup look in an earlier post, but better still is a picture of the look that is the new rage in makeup.
Joss Stone
Note that Joss accentuates her eyes with liner and mascara, while her shadow has a slightly metalic shimmer. Lips are neutral and understated.

Metallics are everywhere this spring, in fashion, shoes, accessories and even on eyes. Adding a little metallic shine can be as easy as adding a belt, silver or gold shoes, a handbag. Why not add a little electrifying metallic glow to your face as well with the shimmer and shine of a metallic eyeshadow?
Revlon’s Molten Metal Liquid Eyeshadow comes in some great subtle metallic shades as well as the expected gold and silver. I love the names they have given the color choices: Gold Digger, Bronze Bomber, Copper Crush, Platinum Pinup, Scene Steeler and Tarnished. These luminous colors give metallic shine without being glitzy or obvious but definitely draw attention.
The liquid formula is easy to blend and more than one shade can be worn at once to create depth. The pigments mix in a crytal clear liquid when you shake the tube. Application is simple and because it’s a liquid, easier to control than powder shadow.
My favorite right now is Tarnished, a light gold-brown that has the appearance of buffed brass, not too shiny but with a definited metallic look.
Molten Metal Liquid Eyeshadow is one of the products in Revlon’s Limited Edition Collection.
