Spring is in full swing and so are frilly, feminine sundresses, and fresh looks for face, hair and even nails. This spring, uncover those nails and strip off the dark colors of fall and winter; we are going lighter - shimmering pastels to white, french manicure to barely-there pinks.
Some recommended products:
* Sally Hansen Star Opal Nail Glaze - wear alone or with a french manicure. Eight pastel shades that glide on shiny and smooth in just 1 coat. Real crushed opals to give that iridescent shimmer.
* Revlon’s Sweet Nothings Radiant Lacquer - pearls of pigment in luscious pastels that add shine and dazzle. Six pastel to sheer shades. DBP, Toluene and Formaldehyde free.
* L’oreal Bijou Facets collection. Pastel shades with optic fibers to create a dimensional and unique look. Try Hopeful, Pure, Innocent and Sweet shades for a girlish, spring look.

There are always new fashion trends, even in accessories. I am not sure this is one I really want to follow, but some might find it fun and maybe a bit freeing.
The newest fashion accessory is handbags made out of bras. You can buy them or make your own and the internet is full of sites with simple instructions.
The fun part is that all you need is an old bra and some embellishments: feathers, beads, fringe - even tassels is you’re daring.
In the 60s women burned their bras to show their new freedom from conventional standards. Bras themselves have become a fashion accessory and now they make a fun and kicky handbag.
Here’s a site where you can buy them ready-made:
Red Hat Village
And here are some sites with instructions for crafting your own:

The experts all agree that for Spring 2007, glamor is back.
The look for skin is flawless and matte, but not heavy or caky. Sheer foundation lightly set with translucent powder will achieve the most natural look while covering imperfections. Lips will be pale and neutral, barely-there colors are in.
Eyes will be dramatic and smoky. Eyeliner is all-important to bring out eyes and liner on the lower lid will be seen more. For eyeshadow, smokey greys and metallics, pinks, golds and shimmers are the color choices. Brows are definitely thicker, not pencil-thin. They will create the dramatic frame for the eye area. To help the eye stand out even more, lash extensions rather than full false lashes will be the rage. These can be done professionally or you can buy false lashes that are individual sprigs that you glue to the base of the lash line to create a lush, full look.
Blush, if used, should be as close to a natural match color as possible or you can try bronzing powder. The goal is seamless, flawless skin, so any color applied to skin must be lightly applied and blended well to highlight cheekbone structure.
